The project team, consisting of specialists in the field of logistics and IT solutions, developed a working prototype service. This made it possible to analyze market needs and correlate them with the implementation in a real project.

The cost is calculated taking into account all the parameters of the cargo that the user chooses. The prototype includes the basic functionality of the cargo owner of the QUASA system, which will be available for use in the second quarter of 2018. In the future, modules will be added to it, intended for inclusion of other participants in the logistics network. The work with the platform starts from the login page. On it each participant of the system enters its own login and password received during registration.

The program interface includes a standard menu that contains orders, queries and some kinds of reports. In the future, the menu structure will change.

The user can log in as a client and as a partner.

There are private rooms for the partner and the client. Communication of the carrier with the client is carried out through the personal cabinet.

Regional expansion strategy

In 2018 QUASA service will be launched in the market of freight traffic.
In the period from 2018 to 2021 services will expand, the total coverage of the service will be more than 200 cities around the world.

The basic investment objective is to enter the capitalization of the asset in M100 $ by December 31, 2018.

The first operational goal is to launch the application and receive M1 $ net revenue by mid-2019.

The second operational goal is to expand the application using marine and custom modules and to receive M10 $ net revenue by the end of 2020.

The third goal is to add the application of warehouse and freight forwarding modules and to receive the income of M25 $ by the end of 2021.
